Reviews and Ratings
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The concierge lounge provided excellent service from Craig with quick drinks and food, but the room size, particularly the bathroom, and the towels were on the smaller side. The view of the Plaza was a nice touch, though.
The hotel is located in a great spot, just a block away from the Plaza, offering a fantastic view from the room. The staff was friendly, but service felt somewhat distracted. The dining options were a bit pricey, and the breakfast selection was limited. The overall experience was pleasant.
My stay at the Country Club Plaza in Kansas City was a mixed bag. The rooms were extremely dusty, and although I had booked a room with two queen beds, there was a mix-up with the sheet on the King bed in the bedroom. On the bright side, the service from the personnel was very helpful and accommodating, especially the bell staff and front desk staff. The location of the hotel was terrific, offering a welcome respite from the scorching 100+ degree weather we had last weekend in Country Club Plaza. However, the dining experience exceeded my expectations with diverse and lovely options, including hot scrambled eggs and smoked salmon in the hotel restaurant.
